Weddings and Whiskey Application

Event Information:
  • Sunday, March 12, 2023
  • Bridal Show Time:
    • VIP Early Entry: 12 PM (EST)
    • General Admission: 1 PM (EST) – 4 PM (EST)
Application Information: 
  • Vendor Cost: $150 per vendor booth 
  • Vendor Applications close on Monday, February 13, 2023  
  • Full payment is due upon application acceptance
  • Vendor will be notified via email of acceptance.
Vendor Information: 
  • Vendor Setup: 8 AM EST – 12 PM (EST)
  • To ensure that bridal attendees have a variety of services to shop from, we limit the number of each type of category. 
  • Promotion of other event spaces or shows/events is strictly forbidden. Doing so will forfeit all fees paid and require dismissal from the event. 
  • Door Prize: All vendors will provide a door prize of $25 minimum to be announced during the show. The door prize will not be a discount on a service that requires a purchase. 
Booth Information 
  • Booth Size: 12’ x 8’ 
  • Booth Table + Tablecloth: (1) One Wood table (96″ L X 36″ W X 30 H) and Ivory tablecloth provided.
  • Wifi service: Provided complimentary of Journeyman Distillery 
  • Electricity outlet: Available on a first come first served basis 
  • Booth locations are organized by Journeyman Distillery, no requests for space location will be entertained. 
  • Only one category may be represented per space. The categories for booth space are as follows:
    • Bridal Attire, Desserts, DJ / Band, Favors Vendor, Florist, Hair and Makeup, Jewelry, Photography, Planning, Stationer (i.e. Invites, Menu Cards, Decorative Signage), Transportation, and Videography.

I understand that Journeyman Distillery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items contained in individual booths. Booth rental is NON-refundable. I further agree not to hold Journeyman Distillery liable in case of injury or accident which may result from my participation in the Weddings and Whiskey show..*(Required)

  • Early Tear down of booths will not be allowed. Any vendors that begin tearing down their booth space shall forfeit their right to receive the final lead list and will not be allowed to participate in future shows 
  • Payment is non-refundable for any reason including weather emergencies, necessary date changes, or global pandemics 
  • Booth spaces are not held without full payment and a signed contract.
